Kathmandu, 11 February. Discretionary common party is about to split. Dissidents are in the process of forming a new party after Chairman Rabindra Mishra passed a document on federalism and anti-secularism issues by a two-thirds majority.
Coordinator Milan Pandey’s group has already raised questions objecting to the move of the Egyptian side. He has called a central committee meeting.
The Pandey group has been objecting to Egypt’s political report. After convening the meeting and passing the resolution, it has been decided that the discretion will explode. The Pandey group is in favor of republicanism, secularism and federalism.
