11 October, Kathmandu. Rising for the fifth day in a row, the stock market has shown signs of improvement this week. On the last trading day of the year, the stock market index Nepse has risen by double digits even today.
This is the fifth consecutive day of increase in Nepse. As the Nepse index rose by 13.03 points to 2782.17 today, the transaction amount has shrunk to Rs 5.39 billion. On Thursday, 52 lakh 36 thousand 613 shares of 222 companies were bought and sold 59 thousand 140 times in the secondary market.
Today, the share price of 113 companies increased while the share price of 71 companies decreased while the share price of one company remained stable. Today, investors in Reedy Hydropower, Manakamana Smart Microfinance and Himalayan Power Partners earned more from the market.
Similarly, investors in NMB Hybrid Fund One and Gurans Life Insurance and Citizens Mutual Fund Two lost a lot in the secondary market. Of the 13 subgroups traded today, seven subgroups were green and six were subtropical. Microfinance and hydropower subgroups saw higher growth on Thursday.
