A brand new twist relating to Sushant Singh Rajput, that is what took place inside of.

India’s Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has sought US help in investigating the death of actor Sushant Singh Rajput. The CBI has sought the help of US companies Google and Facebook to recover deleted data from Sushant Singh Rajput’s social media account.

The English newspaper Hindustan Times reported that the CBI’s request for help may have some clues related to his death in the past and would help in the investigation.

Sushant Singh Rajput’s body was found on June 14, 2020 at his apartment in Bandra, Mumbai. His family, including his girlfriend and actress Riya Chakraborty, were charged in connection with his death. However, Rhea said the allegations against her were not true.

According to the Hindustan Times, the CBI has sought information from Google and Facebook about Sushant Singh’s deleted chats, emails or posts in accordance with the Mutual Assistance Treaty (MLAT).

According to the Mutual Legal Aid Treaty between India and the United States, the two countries may ask each other for information in order to investigate domestic issues. In India, the Ministry of Home Affairs may receive and share information in accordance with the MLAAT, while in the United States, the Attorney General has this right.

An official, speaking on condition of anonymity, said: “We do not want to leave any stone unturned in order to resolve the issue.

This information may take a long time due to the lengthy process. Sushant Singh Rajput’s lawyer Vikas Singh has praised the CBI’s move. The family responded that they were surprised that the CBI wanted to expand the case.

The family said the CBI was trying to find the right path. After the death of Sushant Singh Rajput, his father KK Singh had filed a case against his girlfriend Riya Chakraborty and her family in Patna. Chakravarti was accused of inciting Sushant to commit suicide.

Earlier, the case was being investigated by the Mumbai Police, but after the Supreme Court’s order in 2020, the CBI became involved in the case.

The Enforcement Directorate and the Narcotics Control Bureau are also investigating the matter from different angles.
