Licensed by way of the Council of Ministers to buy Pfizer vaccine

Kathmandu, 23 October. The cabinet has approved the purchase of Pfizer vaccine for the use of children against the corona virus. A meeting of the Council of Ministers held on Monday decided to approve the purchase of 6,900 doses of Pfizer vaccine on the proposal made by the Ministry of Health and Population.

The ministry had stepped up the procurement process to make the Pfizer vaccine available to children up to 18 years of age.
