Non secular tolerance amongst voters is the foundation for keeping up nationwide cohesion: Prachanda


Kathmandu, 24 Kartik. Chairman of the CPN (Maoist Center) and former Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal has said that religious tolerance, social harmony and solidarity among the people could be the basis for maintaining the country’s sovereignty, geographical integrity and national unity. Chairman Yadav said this while wishing Chhath celebrations today.

In the congratulatory message issued by him, it is said, “On the occasion of Chhath festival, I express my heartfelt best wishes to all the Nepali brothers and sisters living at home and abroad.” The fundamental identity of Nepalis is multi-ethnic, multi-lingual, multi-religious, multi-cultural and geographical diversity. Only religious tolerance, social harmony and solidarity among the citizens can be the basis for maintaining the sovereignty, geographical integrity and national unity of the country.

Dahal also mentioned that there is no easy way to celebrate the festival due to corona virus 9 Kovid-190. He has appealed to all to celebrate the festival by following all the standards of health care. He also wished good health, longevity and progress to all Nepalis.
