New Zealand reached the final of the World Cup for the first time by defeating England by 5 wickets in Abu Dhabi on Wednesday. New Zealand completed the target of 167 runs by losing 5 wickets with 6 balls to spare. Daryl Mitchell top-scored for New Zealand with 73 runs.

Devon Conway scored 46 and James Nisam 27 runs. The performance of others was not very significant. England’s Chris Wax and Lam Livingstone took two wickets apiece and Adil Rashid took one wicket.
