Investment Bank calls AGM to pass dividend

Kathmandu. Nepal Investment Bank has convened its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on November 30. The bank convened its 35th meeting at the bank’s central office at Durbar Marg in Kathmandu at 10 am on the same day.
The meeting is passing a resolution to distribute 12.611 percent bonus of paid up capital and 3.389 percent cash dividend for tax purposes to the shareholders.
Similarly, the meeting has also proposed to elect four directors from the TAF of the founding shareholders.
