Leader Justice Jabbar requires talks

Kathmandu, 29 October. Chief Justice Cholendra Shamsher Jabra has called on the Nepal Bar Association for talks. In a statement issued here today (Monday), Jabbar said that the dialogue was appropriate to address the stalemate in the recent past.

Stating that the issues of the common people have been raised with us due to the stalemate in the court, Jabbar requested the Bar and the Supreme Court Bar Association for dialogue.

“We all have a responsibility to ensure the smooth functioning of the judiciary, taking into account the fact that the duty and right to protect the judicial rights of the people is protected only by the judiciary.” It is mentioned in the statement signed by Jabbar.
