Nepal ranks 169th in FIFA ratings

Kathmandu, 8 years old. Nepal is ranked 169th in the men’s rankings released today by FIFA, the apex body of football. Nepal finished with 972.45 points.

Nepal is still in its old state. Nepal is followed by Bhutan, Bangladesh, Pakistan and Sri Lanka in South Asia. Among the South Asian countries, India, Afghanistan and Maldives are above Nepal. India is ranked 104th.

Belgium ranks first in the world. Improving points, Brazil retains second place. World Cup winner France is in the third place. The fourth is the United Kingdom and the fifth is Argentina.
