Krishna Yadav elected president of Nepali Congress-2

Janakpurdham, page 9. Krishna Yadav has been elected as the president of Nepali Congress state two. According to the tally of votes for the post of president held on Friday morning, he got 996 votes and was elected as the state president.

His rival Ram Saroj Yadav polled only 855 votes, according to the Election Commission. It is stated that out of the votes cast for the post of chairman, 30 votes were invalid. Nepali Congress is the president of Rautahat, while Ram Saroj is the leader of the Congress-Province No. 2 parliamentary party and the Minister for Physical Infrastructure Development.

The election committee has stated that the counting of votes for other posts including the deputy chairperson is underway and the counting of votes for most of the posts will be completed by this evening. A total of 1,881 votes out of a total of 1,951 voters were cast in the polls held on Thursday from 10 am to 8 pm.
