The person who went to the birthday party was once discovered useless in a barn close to the home the place the marriage was once happening.

Salyan. Police have arrested four people, including the ward chairman, after the mysterious death of a man who went to a neighbour’s wedding party in Salyan. Tek Bahadur Khatri, 70, of Pajakhola in Darma Gaonpalika-2 was found dead in a cowshed near his house on December 6.

According to the District Police Office, Salyan, Ward Chairman Dilli Bahadur KC, locals Ram Bahadur Khatri, 36, Kul Bahadur Khatri, 47, and Laxman KC, 28 have been arrested.

Spokesperson of the District Police Office, Salyan, Shyam Prakash Yadav said that the three were arrested for questioning.

Police had arrested the three on November 12 after the relatives of the deceased claimed that they had committed the murder. Relatives have been saying that the deceased was killed by a motorcycle driven by Khatri Ward Chairman KC. Police have also taken under control a motorcycle (Lu 71 Pa 3927) driven by the ward chairman.

Police said that they are conducting further investigation after the court extended the term of four persons. According to the police, it cannot be said that it was murder or death as it was under investigation.
