The primary assembly of the newly elected central individuals of the Congress starts

10 Dec, Kathmandu. The first meeting of the Central Committee elected from the 14th General Convention of the Nepali Congress has started. The meeting started at the party office, Sanepa on Saturday afternoon.

Newly elected office bearers and members have been elected in the meeting. A 134-member Central Working Committee has been elected from the 14th General Convention of the Nepali Congress.

Chairman Deuba will nominate one of the elected central members as treasurer. Similarly, the chairperson can nominate 33 central members.

Earlier on Saturday, the Election Committee had distributed certificates to the newly elected office bearers and central members of the Nepali Congress.
